  • I'm still angry over Bruce Springsteen's powerful song for "The Wrestler" losing out to that unintelligible "song" from Slum Dog Millionaire. That said, anything from The Muppet Movie that can win, should! And we should all demand that The Muppets return to TV as soon as possible!

  • What a bunch of crap! I watched Looney Tunes, Tom & Jerry, Roadrunner--all loud, fast-paced, explosions, chases, head-bonking-- and did very well academically. Also, my two granddaughters have watched Spongebob since very young.

  • Our granddaughters loved 'em, then moved on, no damage done. And the princesses have been longer than the author remembers, since the 50's.
